About ‘Being unreasonable’

Most of us have always been reasonable: never wanting too much, never drawing attention, never making others uncomfortable. That led to restricting ourselves, adjusting to others, to circumstances, to our own limiting beliefs. Still, in a quiet moment, we realize there are things (big or small) we want but don't have: a fulfilling job, more love, better health, new adventures and projects, or simply change.

What’s true is, no one will make it happen for you. 'Once this is sorted' rarely turns into action.

What’s also true is, you don't need permission. You don't need to adjust. You simply need to go for it, even when you're not fully clear on what you want, even when you doubt, even when you don't know where to start.

‘Unreasonable’ is where you name what you desire, get honest about what's stopping you, and start eliminating it, stepping into action without guilt or shame. Guided by Mareike and together with a small group of women who are done ‘shrinking to fit’. We do this through looking inside and listening what’s there, by meditating, somatic work, a bit of journaling, and honest conversations. Finishing up, we'll all enjoy a wonderful sound bath facilitated by Anya.

Is this for me?

If you’re feeling a desire inside of you that you have been silencing for a very long time, but you know you would love to make it a reality. Then you should for sure join us.

Or, in more practical terms, if you have an idea that you somehow think is ‘unreasonable’, but it would make you very happy to give it a try, now is the time.

Where and when?

The session is on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 6 to 9 pm at Studio 101, in Poblenou.

How can I join?

That's the easiest part... Simply send a WhatsApp message to Mareike: +34 605 795 955

The only caveat: you have to decide fast because we're limiting this group to a maximum of 12 women. Session is free of cost because we decided to make it donation-based.

What to bring

A desire, a wish, a dream that you want to be unreasonable about.
A yoga mat (if you have). Comfortable clothes and a journal or pen and paper.
Courage to look inside and listen to yourself.
