My career began in Berlin, but my passion for growth and culture took me across the world—Stockholm, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Madrid, and now Barcelona. Along the way, I became a certified Life + Somatic Coach and Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), combining my expertise in People & Culture (HR) with leadership development to help companies create high-performing, people-first workplaces.
Working across industries and cultures, I’ve seen a universal truth: People want to do meaningful work in environments that support their growth. Yet, too often, businesses reduce employees to “human capital” and let short-term metrics drive decisions. The cost? Burnout, disengagement, and loss of top talent.
