My career began in Berlin, but my passion for growth and culture took me across the world—Stockholm, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Madrid, and now Barcelona. Along the way, I became a certified Life + Somatic Coach and Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), combining my expertise in People & Culture (former Head of People) with leadership development to help companies create high-performing, people-first workplaces.

 
 

Living and working in different cultures taught me how to adapt quickly, but more importantly, it showed me that people everywhere crave meaningful work and a sense of belonging.

Over the years, I’ve seen the same truth in every industry: when businesses treat people as “human capital” and let short-term metrics dictate long-term decisions, the cost is high—burnout, disengagement, and the loss of great talent.

But there’s a better way. When companies prioritize people, through recognition, development, and conscious leadership, success follows. Employees become invested in the company’s mission, driving innovation and long-term growth.
