The leadership that built your company isn't the leadership that will scale it.

What I see again and again in tech founders is that they struggle more than they need to. They are confronted with constant pressure, relentless pace, and the realization that they’re becoming the bottleneck in their own company.
These are common roadblocks at this stage, and they're all solvable.

Coaching for founders and senior leaders in VC-backed tech startups navigating this high-growth stage.

The leadership game has changed

No previous role prepares you for this level of pressure, pace, and team complexity.
When you started the company, it grew organically around you. Everyone fit in one room. You were in every decision, close to every detail. That's exactly why it worked.
Past 20 people, the same setup starts working against you. The company runs through you instead of because of you, and that's what's slowing everything down.

What this looks like right now

  • You're still finalizing decks and reviewing decisions your team could own.

  • Senior hires are waiting for your nod before moving.

  • You're buried in details, losing sight of direction and real priorities.

  • You're working more hours than ever. Still, the to-do list grows.

  • Friction with the co-founders/leadership team, where there used to be alignment.

What this feels like right now

  • Constant pressure from investors, you can't disappoint.

  • Overthinking and second-guessing decisions that used to feel obvious.

  • Always being "on." Mentally, emotionally, logistically.

  • Your self-worth rises and falls with the company metrics.

  • Lonelier than people know, and nowhere to think out loud.

  • Pretending confidence while wondering if you're the right one for this.

Why more work and more hires don't fix it

Most founders try to solve this by working harder or hiring more senior people. Neither resolves it.
On paper, the structure is already there. Senior people, defined roles, clear responsibilities. What isn't clear is the ownership.
And ownership doesn't kick in until you move into a position of oversight and out of the center of daily operations. Less daily business. More giving direction, setting priorities, and clearing the path for your team.

Founder-specific coaching across three pillars

◆ LEADERSHIP: from builder to architect.
Builders do the work. Architects design the system that enables them to do it. Most founders try to enable others by doing more, but you're applying effort to a design problem. You can scale a system. You cannot scale a person. This pillar is the shift itself: from the center of daily operations (founder-operated) to a position of oversight (founder-enabled). That's where you can see the whole system, because you can't connect the dots when you're one of them.

◆ HIGH PERFORMANCE: the founder as a performance variable.
Most leaders underestimate how much their personal performance shapes what the company can deliver. Leading a growing company means constant change and uncertainty, which your body reads as a threat. Sleep, movement, and nutrition directly shape decision quality and the capacity to lead under sustained pressure. If you're depleted, you're creating a ceiling on both your personal performance and your company's success. You cannot outsmart your DNA, but you can partner with your brain and body. That's what separates leaders who reach a performance level most won't.

◆ TEAM & CULTURE: designed for success.
Your team is the single biggest lever for your company's performance after you. A well-designed culture creates an environment where people feel motivated, safe, and empowered to innovate and excel, which is what separates a company that succeeds from one that falls behind. I've built this from the inside: team dynamics, scaling leadership, and intercultural communication. Align culture with company goals, and every hire, every decision, every conversation compounds in the same direction.

What changes in 12 weeks

  • You walk into board and investor meetings with a clear head and a steady voice.

  • You make decisions without replaying them for hours afterward.

  • You stay calm in tense conversations instead of getting defensive or reactive.

  • You think ahead rather than mostly reacting to what's in front of you.

  • You end the day with energy left, not completely drained.

  • You see your team carrying the work, not waiting for your nod.

"Everyone brings their hardest questions to you. Where do you take yours?"

A thinking space built for exactly that.

Why this coaching

As a former Head of People and management team member in a fully remote tech company spanning 40+ countries, I worked across leadership, team dynamics, and culture at scale. I saw how these forces interact and how quickly they go sideways when one is neglected. Running my own business for over a decade taught me the rest. Staying healthy, sharp, and performing at a high level isn't something that happens by accident. The high performance angle is grounded in current neuroscience and performance research, as well as in what I have tested and practiced myself for many years.

Over the years, I experienced how leadership, high performance, and team and culture are deeply connected and make-or-break for any business. If you focus on just one, the other two will go neglected, and things still will break. That's why I built ‘The Confident Founder’ upon these three pillars.

FAQs

  • The program is 12 coaching sessions plus a complimentary discovery session at the start. My recommendation is one session per week, which makes it roughly 12 weeks. The frequency can be adjusted if your schedule needs it.

  • Each 90-minute session follows a structure that helps you arrive present and leave with clarity:

    • Centering. A short moment to land in the session and step out of the day.

    • Session follow-up. We review what's shifted since we last met, what worked, and what got in the way.

    • Core focus. We work on the most important challenge you're bringing that week, using the tools and methods that fit.

    • Tiny shifts. We identify one or two small, high-leverage changes to take into the week ahead.

    • Closing. A moment to name what you're taking with you from the session.

    • Between-session focus. A topic or question to sit with during the week.

  • The program ranges from €4,000 to €6,000, depending on your company's funding stage and the level of support you need.

  • Yes! You receive an invoice and can process the coaching through your company as a professional development expense. For services rendered in Spain, 21% VAT applies.

  • 30 minutes to understand where you're at, what you need, and what your goals are. It's where we see if you're a right fit for the program, and if we click on a personal level, because a good coaching relationship depends on both. The call is free, and you walk away with clarity either way.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Founder calendars are volatile, and I build in that flexibility. Pausing the whole program is different. I don't recommend it, because it compromises the momentum and the process. A two-week break is workable if something urgent comes up, but longer pauses dilute the work.
