My background sits behind this work: former Head of People and management team member at a fully remote SaaS company of around 150 people across 40+ countries, with experience navigating M&A on the people side and the kind of complexity that comes with leading a distributed business at that size.
Leadership development and principles
Leadership works from the inside out. Without self-leadership, team leadership doesn't hold up. I work with companies on building both: self-leadership (your leadership style, how you make decisions, how you show up under pressure, how you manage your time and productivity) and team leadership (communication, building trust and psychological safety, navigating conflict, creating clarity for the people you lead).
Alongside that, I help companies build Leadership Principles: the specific behaviors and standards that define how leaders in your company act, decide, and lead. Most companies skip this, which leaves leadership undefined. Some leaders figure it out, others don't, and what people experience as leadership ends up wildly inconsistent across teams. If you want your company to reach specific goals, you need a specific kind of leadership to get there. Leadership Principles are the most reliable way to make that happen.
Workshops and team sessions
For companies that want focused work on a specific topic without committing to a longer engagement. Workshops are built around the same areas covered above (leadership development, leadership principles, culture and values, remote work and teams) plus (intercultural) communication and feedback. They run online or in person, vary in length depending on team-size and depth needed, and are shaped around your team's actual context.
