But with growth come changes…

This is not about payroll, contracts, and the technical setup. It's about designing a workplace with clear communication, where people thrive and enjoy being - for a long time. Psychological safety, leadership, and a purposeful company culture (to name a few) need to be established AND nurtured. Around that, a comprehensive employee life cycle must be built to ensure an outstanding employee experience, including a reputation known far beyond the 'office walls.' Last but not least, you have to consider the particular characteristics of your company's setup - office, hybrid, or fully remote.

In a nutshell, many new topics under the 'People & Culture' umbrella just dropped on your table. But are they really that important? Can't they wait until 'later'? The truth is, the longer you wait, the harder it will be to get it right. Every successful business needs a thought-trough people strategy well-balanced with its business strategy.
